Shipping policy

 

 

After your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. Over the next few days, delivery takes up to 5-15 working days.

We will keep you informed about your parcel's status through email updates during the entire delivery process. Tracking will be available shortly.

 

Please note that goods are only shipped Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. Shipping times begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email.

 

Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to amend the delivery address or method, or any details within your order, such as product, number of products, size, colour.


If you are not home to receive the delivery when the delivery is attempted the first time, our courier will leave a PS form. This form notifies you that your parcel is being held for you at the Post Office and shows how you can arrange a Redelivery or collect your item. Should you be unable to do so, the item will return back to our warehouse. 

If the parcel becomes RTS, please kindly reach out to our customer support to advise whether you would like the order to be re-dispatched or refunded.

Our courier will also leave a PS Form if they've delivered your parcel to your nearby neighbour.

 

We cannot deliver to certain addresses such as student/campus accommodation, hotels, restaurants, stores, or forwarding addresses.


Regulations for Import Duties and Taxes may vary and we are unable to control nor predict their amount.


If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping. charges and the courier cost.


Please note, these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, even if you return your order.
