I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD. WHAT CAN I DO?
Should you have forgotten your password, please click on Creps City log in tab and select “Forgotten your password?” For security reasons, an automatic email will be sent to the address you have fulfilled, including a link that will allow you to create your new personal password. Once you have entered your account, you will be able to change this password.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Accepted cards are ​Visa | Mastercard | American Express | PayPal | Revolut or bank transfer depending on the country you are purchasing from.

In order to pay by bank transfer, please contact our Client Services.

Your bank will be approached for authorisation. 
Should you require more information or help, please contact our Client Services. All transactions are secured. The Creps City website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. Creps City does not keep any credit card information.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON CREPSCITY.COM?
You would first need to navigate to the website of one of the countries in which we offer delivery. The delivery can only take place in the countries or regions shown in the navigation section at the bottom of the web page.

Once you have chosen your item and selected your size, add the product to your Shopping Bag by clicking “ADD TO CART.” To begin the checkout process, click “CHECKOUT” under the Shopping cart tab. Here you can edit your shopping cart, review your purchase. You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag, or proceed straight to checkout, then click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.”

1. Login to your account or create a new account.

2. Follow the instructions as prompted through the checkout.

3. Complete the Billing information including the correct name, address and phone number of the cardholder as well as the information of the shipping address.

4. Complete the payment information using a Credit Card.

5. Review your order and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sales, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as well as the Return Conditions (after reading them).

6. Press “SUBMIT”

7. If the 3D Secure is activated on your card, you will be redirected on your bank’s webpage to authenticate the transaction.

DELIVERY

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We offer deliveries via DPD, DHL, UPS and AnPost depending on your location. Just simply enter your full address when checking out.
ARE THERE RESTRICTIONS IN TERMS OF DELIVERY ADDRESSES?
Creps City only offers delivery in the country / region where the order has been placed online or by phone. To see in which countries we deliver, we invite you to change your country / region on the bottom of the page. 

HOW LONG WILL MY PARCEL TAKE?
After your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. Over the next few days, delivery takes up to 5-15 working days.
We will keep you informed about your parcel's status through email updates during the entire delivery process. Tracking will be available shortly.

Please note that goods are only shipped Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. Shipping times begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email.
