Returning a purchase

 

Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale :



All sneakers and garments must be returned in their original condition with the sneaker box and an outer box for protection purposes. The items must be in their unused original condition and that the return box is safely sealed. Returned items must be accompanied by the order Invoice, with all tags and the security seal still attached and any special packaging and accessories included - incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted.

You have 14 days from the date your order was received to return the item back to us.


- The cost of return shipping will be solely your responsibility


Creps City reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted you will be liable to pay for a shipping label to have the item sent back to you. 

Any item purchased in a sale, or with a promotional code are only eligible for store credit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the highest standards for our products. 



How do I create a return?

 

You can create a return by emailing support@crepscity.com. Please include your order number, and your reason for returning in your email.



How soon will I get my refund?

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Verifying the items is expected to take 2 to 3 business days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied through the same payment method used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.

You should see the credit within 10 working days from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will be depending on your bank institution.



What happens if the item doesn't match the images or quality expected?


If the shoe is not a genuine product, we will reject this shoe immediately and process your refund (this can take up to 10 working days to reach your account).


If the shoe has slight variations, we will reach out to you with images, to show you, and ensure you are still happy. We won't take any chances, and want to ensure you receive your item in the state advertised. If you are unhappy with this, we can also offer you a refund (this can take up to 10 working days to reach your account)



How do I cancel an order?

 

If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify us of your wish to cancel before we have accepted your order. However, If your order is accepted before canalization - your order cannot be cancelled and must follow Returning a purchase.
